Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of bet-brave.com (“the Website”), operated by WP Software Solutions Ltd, Registrar of International Business Companies of The Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (Registration No. 15760).
By using the Website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any Games, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Principles

1.2. When a Game is played with real money, the stake is deducted instantly, and the service is considered fully consumed at the moment of gameplay.

2. No Refunds After Gameplay

2.1. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded.
2.2. Once a casino spin, game round, or sportsbook wager has started, the stake is considered consumed, regardless of the outcome.
2.3. If you choose to cancel a pending withdrawal, any funds returned to your balance and later used for gameplay are not eligible for refunds. bet-brave.com assumes no responsibility for funds lost during gameplay after such cancellation.

3. Incorrect Credits and Technical Errors

3.1. If your Account is mistakenly credited with funds (e.g., due to human error, technical malfunction, payment gateway issue, or game server issue), such funds remain the exclusive property of bet-brave.com.
3.2. bet-brave.com reserves the right to:

• reverse the incorrect credit,
• deduct the amount from your Account balance, or
• treat previously withdrawn incorrect funds as a debt owed by you.

3.3. You must notify bet-brave.com immediately if you become aware of any incorrect credit on your Account.
3.4. Malfunction voids all plays and pays.
If winnings result from a malfunction, technical error, or aborted game, bet-brave.com may:

• void all related wagers,
• remove affected winnings, and
• return only the original stake (where applicable).

4. Crashed, Aborted & Miscarried Games

4.1. bet-brave.com is not liable for downtime, server disruptions, lag, or connectivity issues originating from the user’s device or internet provider.
4.2. If a Game begins but miscarries due to a system failure on our side:

• the amount wagered will be refunded to your Account, and
• any accumulated credit at the time of failure will be restored or compensated.

4.3. In the case of casino system malfunction, all wagers are void.

5. Deposits

5.1. Deposits cannot be refunded simply because you changed your mind or do not wish to use the funds for gameplay.
5.2. bet-brave.com does not provide credit, and all deposits are considered final.
5.3. Any deposit made must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, in accordance with AML requirements.
5.4. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
If a deposit is made using a payment method not registered to the Account holder:

• winnings will be forfeited,
• the deposit will be returned to the rightful owner (minus applicable bank charges),
• the Account may be suspended.

6. Withdrawals and Refund Restrictions

7.2. Deposits made with a payment method proven to be compromised, provided the claim is supported by official documentation from the payment provider.
7.3. Failure of the Website’s systems that results in a wager not being executed while the stake was deducted.
7.4. Game miscarried due to platform-side malfunction, where no result was generated and the outcome cannot be restored.
7.5. Confirmed unauthorized use of your Account, after completing the Website’s security investigation and two-factor authentication checks.
In all cases above, bet-brave.com may refund only the affected deposit or stake amount, never winnings.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Illegal Activity

8.1. If fraudulent, collusive, abusive, or unlawful behavior is detected, all refunds may be denied.
8.2. bet-brave.com reserves the right to:

• freeze or close the Account,
• void all wagers,
• confiscate deposits and winnings,
• report the matter to regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

No refunds will be issued in cases involving:

• VPN/proxy masking,
• chargeback attempts,
• bonus manipulation,
• multi-accounting,
• third-party betting,
• chip dumping or collusion,
• stolen payment method usage.

9. How to Request a Refund

9.2. The request must include:

• username or Account ID,
